Terms of service
The rules for using Fabriq.
These terms explain your responsibilities and Fabriq's role when you use the product.
Effective August 16, 2026Using Fabriq
By creating an account or using Fabriq, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate account information.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your account secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a connected service has been compromised.
Your work and permissions
You keep ownership of content you add to Fabriq. You give Fabriq the limited permission needed to host, process, display, search, and share that content as you direct so the service can work.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for material you upload, connect, generate, or share. Workspace owners control member access, and collaborators may be able to view or change shared work according to their role.
Connected services and AI output
Connected services such as Google Drive, Slack, and Fathom are governed by their own terms. You authorize Fabriq to access them only within the permissions you grant and may revoke that access with the provider or through Fabriq support.
AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your use. Review important facts, permissions, and claims before publishing or relying on generated work. You are responsible for how you use and share the final output.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fabriq to:
- break the law, violate another person's rights, or access data without permission;
- upload malware, interfere with the service, bypass limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without written permission;
- misrepresent your identity, deceive people about generated content, or use the service for fraud or harassment; or
- resell or copy the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to build a competing model or product without written permission.
Plans, billing, and changes
Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown when you subscribe. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are not refundable.
We may change features, limits, or pricing as the product develops. We will give reasonable notice before a material price change applies to a continuing paid subscription.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Fabriq at any time. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful or abusive use, address unpaid charges, or comply with law. When reasonable, we will provide notice and a chance to fix the problem.
Service availability
Fabriq is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep the product reliable and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, Fabriq disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Fabriq will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from the service. Fabriq's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Fabriq for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Fabriq changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
Questions about these terms can be sent to jeff@sellinpublic.co.
